The company is founded by Bernd Teupen with a product range of furniture hoists
1978
TEUPEN develops its first trailer-mounted work platform
1981
The first furniture hoist using hydraulics and flex channels are engineered and manufactured
1982
The first 3-point articulated aerial work platform is launched
1987
TEUPEN, now a company with 40 employees, launches the first aerial work platform on a rubber track chassis
1994
The first LEO26 with remote control is launched
2004
Launched the first LEO50GT at the bauma show, in Munich, Germany
2005
Project “Lehrter Bahnhof” - TEUPEN delivers the complete access solution for the new train station in Berlin

TEUPEN USA is founded as sales and service subsidiary in Charlotte, NC
